DevPlus LLC ("SeatSnag," "we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the SeatSnag Service.
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Send you Discord DM notifications and administrative messages;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe;
- Monitor analytics to troubleshoot and enhance performance;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Bases (where applicable)
- Contract Performance: Processing necessary to deliver the Service you request;
- Legitimate Interests: Security, fraud prevention, analytics;
- Consent: Where required, e.g., optional surveys.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only with:
- Service Providers that process data on our behalf (Stripe for payments, Discord for messaging, Cloudflare for hosting/analytics);
- Legal Authorities when required by law or to protect rights;
- Others with your explicit consent.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We delete or anonymize account-level data immediately upon account deletion except for payment and accounting records, which we retain for up to seven (7) years or as required by tax law.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to export it in a portable format, by contacting [email protected].
7. Cookies & Analytics
SeatSnag uses minimal first-party cookies for session management and Google Analytics cookies delivered via Cloudflare Zaraz for aggregated usage statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the Service may not function correctly.
8. Security
We implement reasonable security measures, including encryption at rest in our PostgreSQL databases and containerized services running on a closed-network Docker loop. However, no system is completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
SeatSnag is not directed to children under 17, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.
10. International Users
SeatSnag is intended for users located in the United States. By using the Service from another jurisdiction, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of material changes via email and Discord DM. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
